Experience

She has over 20 years of experience supporting C-level leaders and investment partners in the healthcare sector. Her career launched at Cardinal Health, a Fortune 20 company, where she dedicated a decade to talent, strategy, and operations. There, Stephanie led the onboarding of senior executives and managed complex teams, contributing significantly to the launch of the Specialty Pharmaceutical Division, which experienced double-digit growth every year. Subsequently, she took on a key role supporting the CEO of a $5 billion healthcare-focused private equity fund. In this role, she established and managed the US office, fostered positive relationships with portfolio companies, and was pivotal in helping CEOs and investors achieve their strategic objectives and returns. In the fall of 2023, Stephanie joined Invidia to assist in launching their inaugural fund.
