Vince Cuticello is the Chief Administrative Officer (“CAO”), General Counsel (“GC”), and Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) at Invidia. Mr. Cuticello joined the firm in April 2024.

Experience

Prior to joining Invidia, he was Partner, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for PAAMCO Prisma, LLC, beginning in 2017.  He also served as a member of the PAAMCO Prisma Executive Committee and was a member of the Investment Committee for the Multi-Manager Investing Program. From 2013 to 2017, Mr. Cuticello served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for KKR Prisma, a wholly owned subsidiary of KKR & Co. Inc., and the predecessor firm to PAAMCO Prisma, LLC. Prior to that, Mr. Cuticello was the Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Edgestream Partners, L.P., an investment advisory firm employing quantitative strategies. Previously, he was Chief Legal Officer for the Neuberger Berman Group, LLC/Lehman Brothers, Inc. Investment Management Division’s hedge fund businesses. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cuticello was Senior Counsel in the Private Funds Group of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Cuticello began his professional career as a C.P.A. working at a large financial institution and a “Big 4” accounting firm.

He holds a BBA degree in Accounting from Fairfield University, cum laude, and a JD from Northeastern University School of Law.
