Invidia Capital Management is a healthcare-focused private equity firm headquartered in New York, dedicated to middle-market investments across North America. Founded in 2024 by Jo Natauri, formerly the Global Head of Private Healthcare Investing at Goldman Sachs. We believe Invidia brings distinct experience and a differentiated perspective to the healthcare investment landscape.

Our mission is to redefine middle-market private equity by applying mega-cap investing insights to this segment of the market.  We combine rigorous discipline with creativity, leveraging a broad network of senior healthcare executives, operators, and advisors with the goal of driving both growth and operational excellence. Invidia’s team consists of ten investment professionals and four operational team members, complemented by a network of distinguished healthcare executives. We believe that integrated model ensures we bring both capital and operational expertise to every partnership.
