Jo Natauri is the Founder and Managing Partner of Invidia. 

Experience

Before joining Invidia, Ms. Natauri was the Global Head of Private Healthcare investing at Goldman Sachs. Ms. Natauri was the lead investor for Launch with GS, a $500 million Goldman Sachs initiative to narrow the gender gap in investing, and she served on the committees for Corporate Investment and Sustainable Investing at Goldman Sachs. She has also advised and executed over 100 healthcare transactions across seven subsectors. She worked as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank before joining Goldman Sachs. In 2020, Buyouts magazine named Ms. Natauri one of the ten women rockstars in private equity.

Education

Ms. Natauri earned her BA in Economics and Biology from the University of Virginia. During her pre-med studies, Ms. Natauri discovered a deeper interest in the business aspects of healthcare that led her to explore a career in finance.
